If we don't have a real relationship with ourselves, then how can we have one with anybody else? Many of us are not wired to think along those lines. Most of us have learned to live an outer-directed existence. From an early age, we are taught that we need to follow other people's rules at home, in school, and at work. There are rules for how to be in relationships with others from parent, teacher, boyfriend, husband, employer, and so on.

However, there are no rules or guidelines for how to relate to our own selves. It's almost as if we don't exist unless we are acting out a role we were taught to play in any of the relationships listed above. But what about our relationship to ourselves? Sound like a foreign concept, right? It shouldn't be... yet it is for far too many of us.

Our work together will explore this concept in depth and guide you in creating a new, functional and positive relationship with yourself grounded in self-esteem, self-worth, and self-respect from the core of your being to the tips of your fingers.
